This PT Solutions location is the best PT place in the area. It is very well managed and every PT person is excellent. I worked with AJ on hip and back pain and strengthening my core. He was very thoughtful, respectful and very knowledgeable knowing just what I needed to do. My husband Bill was also there and worked well with Wes who was especially knowledgeable and experienced while being very friendly. He also had some sessions with Caroline who he had before and she is also excellent.

I had an extensive procedure on my leg and was referred by my physician colleges. My PT was Wesley. This is the best physical therapy office I have visited. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Wesley always brought such a positive attitude and helps motivate me to get better. They have the best bedside manner . They go above and beyond to ensure you meet your physical therapy goals. This my third time here and they confirmed my belief it is the best managed and has the best and most effective staff of any PT place in the area (and I’ve been to 3 others). They also keep you with the same person that other places often do not. Caroline my PT person this time was very good, friendly, and recommended the best exercises - ones I could continue in the gym. I ended up fixing my sciatica in my leg in half the time as planned.

I could not be happier with everyone at this Hinsdale office. The front desk people are wonderful and welcoming. I have seen Alyssa And she fixed up my intense vertigo with vestibular therapy almost immediately. It was a miracle. More recently I’ve been seeing Caroline and she has really helped me with my balance and brain exercises Following a bad concussion. She was a wonderful person and I enjoy my sessions. She really cares, as does Alyssa. Also, I hear other therapists working with other patients and the expertise and kindness and patient care is amazing. I would go to any one of them. I have been to many physical therapy companies over many years for various things, and I have never had as good an experience as I have had here. I appreciate everyone so much.
This experience has made a significant difference in my recovery and how I feel and how comfortable I am with my physical abilities.

Let me begin with a shout out of thanks to all the Therapists at PT Solutions. They are FANTASTIC and patient centered. I am a 59-year-old surgical nurse that is very active, and I have had several injuries throughout my life that required physical therapy. I spent the last 8 months, two to three times a week, with this group rehabbing my severely torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon tear. It is easy to say that this team of therapists are the best I have ever worked with. To be specific, this team worked together as one to provide the best therapy. I was given the opportunity to have all 5 therapists handle my treatment. Each therapist provided a different flavor to my care. I believe this is one of the reasons why my shoulder is better than it has been for over 25 years. It is also important to point out the positive vibe you get from all staff members. The PT suite is filled with shouts of motivation and laughter to make a painful experience tolerable to the point where I was motivated to come back to the next session. I am thankful that I had Mo, Alyssa, Matt, Matt, and Mitch as my therapists. They are just outstanding! I also need to give a shout out to Rosa the PT tech, she is delightful. Jenny and Corey, front line staff, always greeted me with a welcoming smile and help solve my billing issues without it being stressful. These three ladies are also an important part of the experience. These are the reasons I give PT Solutions of Hinsdale the highest marks in satisfaction.
