This is the best local pharmacy. The staff are so kind and helpful. The pharmacists act like they are a part of your medical health professionals, because they are. I have had such a negative experience with the other pharmacies that it was negatively affecting my mental health. Publix pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for all you do. The pharmacists Sam and Sonya are wonderful and so is Marcela who is a tech I think. Thanks again.

If I could give zero stars I would. They need to replace the Indian woman in the pharmacy. I believe she’s a lead tech but she is the most rude person I have ever dealt with and lies about things that she doesn’t want to deal with like prescription date refills.

This is only my second time sending medication here I swore after the first time I wouldn’t do it but I love so close.

If you are able to, go to 2511 e Atlantic blvd public pharmacy you will never come back to Sonia or whatever her name is.

I can’t believe they have kept this woman here after the amount of negative reviews I’ve read.

This is the ONLY pharmacy anywhere in palm beach or broward county that gives our doctors office a hard time about filling medications—- not even narcotics, but alap anti inflammatory medications when both the PA and doctors names are on the prescription request. No other Publix does this…. ONKY THIS LOCATION. No other Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, etc does this… ONLY THIS LOCATION.
This is a huge inconvenience to our patients and we will no longer send any refill or medication requests to this pharmacy because of this ongoing issue.

Very sad operation. Mr. Publix must be turning in his grave. Every time I call this place they put you on hold or they're out to lunch. This Pharmacy is tarnishing Publix's image.
My suggestion is if you don't know how to operate a Pharmacy correctly then shut it all down and let CVS and Walgreens do the job.
I'm really upset.

Instead of the pharmacy technician advising me, via phone, that I would have to pay for a particular medication, she decided to wait until I came to pick up the medication to say that the insurance doesn't cover it. I agreed to pay in cash. She told me to come back in 30 minutes for pickup. One hour later, I spoke to another pharmacy technician who said they don't have that medication in stock. I inquired, "Why was I told to come back for pickup?" She said, "Oh, she must have been focused on the price." Unbelievable!! The other tech gave me options, but it involved contacting my doctor's office, which was already closed. Had the first technician did her job correctly, I wouldn't be in this bind!

I am not a fan of this Publix but it’s the closest to my location. The prices don’t always reflect the prices displayed so be aware. They also seem to never have the small Publix’s whole milk, also their produces aren’t always fresh. I feel like I’m shopping in a third world place. Problem its poorly managed & depressing.

Edit: Threatened me if I didn't take this down.

Staff, especially Sonya, is very very threatening. Transfers you to wrong department to bide time. Lies about stock. Blames someone else for it.

The big note: They are currently out of most medications due to a "clerical error" that they blame on distribution and distribution blames on them.

Idk who hired the head pharmacist but she's extremely unqualified for even Pharmacy Tech.

I feel horrible that my grandmother has to get her groceries and meds from this disgusting group of people.
