Incredibly professional. Mike is great and loves dogs, which made things easy since we had two dogs when he arrived. He gave us the game plan and let us know approximately when everything would be finished for mold removal and ready for us to return home. Awesome service. He knew exactly what to do with our tiny attic access. And Taylor was very friendly on the phone! 🙂

We have not had work done but we would like to point out their technician Cody Martin who came out to do an estimate. He did such an amazing job and had so much patience with all of our questions. He showed us and explained to us thoroughly what we were going to need to do and gave us really good recommendations that were beneficial to us and our home.

Unfortunately I had to give atleast one star- Beware of this place as they give false information. I scheduled a service 11/01/24 and paid the $99 deposit. We decided to cancel our service. I called before the 24 hour cancelling period and left a VM considering no one answered. The day of of my service I received confirmation that my service was cancelled. I immediately called for my refund and was told I can expect it within 10-14 business days, so I waited. After 2 weeks, still no refund, I contacted the business, and the representative stated they began the process and would contact billing. Days go by no response, I call again, and I’m told the same thing. I realize this was a bigger issue and had contacted my bank. Pur360 finally responds and says the deposit was not refundable which wasn’t what I was told before! You would think after speaking to them 3 times I would have been told that? It was all a lie.

If I was told it was refundable- why would I have cancelled the damn service? So, I have contacted them via email and phone, but no response. So if you’re willing to just donate $99 to this place, I would avoid at all costs.

Shouldn’t you guys have a record of voicemails? Also, who would have asked to reschedule if no one contacted me regarding the appt other than receiving a cancellation confirmation email.
