I was a newbie, and he made the entire process unbelievably smooth for me (majorly appreciated with new twins, and a husband working out of town). He's straight up, no BS. Had a number of people recommend pure energy so we called and had them out to give us an estimate on reworking our old electrical. They came, and never called us back. We called them between 5-7 times, were promised return calls but nothing ever came. Would have loved to see the excellent customer service everyone mentions but this was simply not the case.
