I was highly impressed with Joey and his company. He answered the phone promptly and was professional, kind, and understanding of my needs. I felt assured that he and his team had the knowledge and experience to assist with my whole-home mold remediation. In the end, it came down to price (though he was super gracious in offering me a big deal and cut the price a couple times to accommodate me and my unique situation). Either way, I'd still definitely recommend getting an estimate and service done by Pure Maintenance.

He explained everything and his estimate was reasonable. Since we do not live in Florida and the mold was in our vacation home, Joe sent us pictures and we frequently spoke to him on the telephone during the remediation. Joe and the team did a phenomenal job identifying and removing the mold in my house. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything and got the job done efficiently, effectively, and for a reasonable cost. He was extremely thorough, cared about us, and the results were excellent. We got the air ducts cleaned as well and can already feel the difference. Terrible, have a mold problem, Brittany made the appointment and no one showed up. We can not stay in our place because of the mold and had to drive more than an hour to our appointment. We need to resolve this issue ASAP and the lady said she call and left a message canceling this morning. There were no phone calls from her and even if she did, she needed to call until she talk to us or al least send a text. She sail she had other things to do! Very unprofessional, would not trust their work after this.

We ended up awarding the project to Pure Maintenance, and the service provided was outstanding. Joe inspected the bathroom, found water and mold under the sink , and proceeded to remove it.
