I am a very happy customer of Pure Power Solutions. 9 years ago, I vetted them against 5 different competitors (and the competition was stiff, there are good companies out there) and found them to be best for us. This was due to very competitive pricing, in depth meetings about our needs, the products, where they came from, warranties, how much energy to generate, when we would have the unit paying for itself.
Here I am, all this time later, with a system doing exactly what was projected. It's ticking along, beautifully. I had occasion to call, because I wasn't getting email updates on efficiency and I couldn't see my display on the unit, as the protective film wasn't removed and it had melded to the screen.
Gerard gave me his immediate time and went through several steps with me to determine that a connection had come loose at the modem. It was an undertaking, given the unit and wire routing... in the end, it was my error.
I was just stoked to see that it's still pumping out the savings, and that I can still get priority assistance.
I cannot more highly recommend this company. They are even sending me a replacement display. Love them!

Rody and his team have put up 4 solar systems for us in the last few years ranging from 3 to 130 kW. The systems are well designed, the crews are friendly and professional, their prices are competitive, and they are great about maintenance and following up on any warranty issues. With as many panels and inverters as we have, one can expect a few equipment failures, and they have resolved these quickly. I think the best thing about these guys is the old fashioned service - construction projects always have unexpected surprises and costs can creep up - but these guys stick to their quoted prices and do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
