We have had our water system installed for about 2 years now. It’s has been working great and you can feel the difference in water quality right away. We just had them come out for preventative service and to test the water. Everything was working perfectly since the day it was installed. The best part it requires little to no maintenance. The owner is always available to answer any questions and truly stands behind his product. We would highly recommend using them!

if you have Not notice. The water in Florida is disgusting. I know firsthand after pure water changes puts their amazing system on your home. You will have incredible water throughout your entire house but what impressed me the most is that after the sale when a customer needs something Bobby will personally see that it is taken care of.

Bobby from Pure Water came to the house on a Friday, and by Monday, I was taking a smooth, silky, bath. Prior to that, I called him to install my previous water softener for me. Since we moved from south, we couldn't find anyone to install it for us and the company I bought from told.me they couldn't send anyone to install it since I move out of their jurisdiction(which was about 2 hours away, SMH). I gotta say, I had my guard up when Bobby started his presentation because we were Dupped in getting our first softener for over $8K 4yrs ago. But Bobby broke down every details on pricing and installation, and guess what?.....He kept his word and delivered exactly what he said he would do. Thanks again Bobby and Damien (who came to do the installation in the upmost professional manner). Now time for another shower lol, lol.

Mr. Bobby came and talked to my parents about a new water softener since the previous one we had wasn't working after we moved. All I know he came in Friday and by Monday my skin was feeling smooth and silky. I think my parents water bill is about to sky rocket because no one wants to leave the shower now. Lol

We bought our system from Bobby about 5 years ago and it has performed flawlessly. Bobby has always been available to answer questions about system operation, salt usage and did a follow-up water check at about 2 years in. Today he was out to check on a small leak at the inlet from the main, and solved that within 15 minutes. Excellent attention to detail.
