I have been going to Pur-Form for a couple of months now, and my experiences have been fantastic. The facility is beautiful and very clean.The entire staff is always so welcoming and helpful. The therapies are carefully curated and extremely effective.

Hailey is an excellent and caring nurse, and has an upbeat, positive attitude. Her knowledge and skills are astounding. She is extremely patient with all my questions, and answers them.with a smile. This is why I always request Hailey if she is available. Just recently, Katie was my nurse. She too is very good and knowledgeable, all with a positive attitude.

Katie takes care of me every week during my injections / IV therapy. She is patient and kind. This entire facility is top notch and given the fact that there's an IV therapy on every corner in Boca it's nice to find a place that truly invests in the treatment and education. I feel blessed that I get to take care of my health while being taken care of by such an excellent team.

Sydney and the whole front desk I always at the top of the game and 100% helpful every time couldn't ask for a better staff.
The treatments are great, and the best looking and clean spa I have ever had the opportunity to be a member.

The whole staff is exceptional … Tatiana and Ally walked me through the whole facility provided me my weekly shots and fully explained my membership. Had 3 treatments today thanks to their help. Can’t wait to come back next week. All the staff is friendly and extremely attentive every time I visit

I just had my first visit to Pur Form. What a great facility and team. This is definitely NOT your average doctor's office. Ally, Alyssa, Thomas and Mike were all great. Explained everything thoroughly and I'm looking forward to further treatments.

Went here because they were one of the only places that offered iron infusions. From the coordinator on the phone to all of the nurses at the business were overwhelmingly nice and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. This place is very professional. I highly recommend if you are looking to get Any IVs or any of the services they offer. Very clean calm space!

I recently tried contrast therapy at Pur Form Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

The facility itself is clean and modern, which immediately put me at ease. Shout out to Allie, Danika, Kaya & Jess for explaining the process clearly, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had.

Overall, I highly recommend Pur Form Clinic. The combination of the skilled staff, clean environment, and effective treatment made for a truly positive experience. I'll definitely be back for more sessions in the future!
