Bravo Steve Zacek!!
My parents have purchased their last two Jeeps through Steve at Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia in Connecticut. Highly satisfied, they did not hesitate to refer me to them.
I met with Steve for my first test drive in a Jeep fitting the description and guidelines we provided Steve to work with. I loved the vehicle until the test drive. I didn’t mention it to Steve, but the vehicle was a little too large for me.
Prior to my second test drive appointment with Steve, I made a pocketbook switch to burgundy. I believe in signs. Also, I had dreamt all the night before that I would be test driving a bright yellow Jeep, which is great, but not the color for me.
As I sat at Steve’s desk, he pulled up in a burgundy pearl Jeep Compass. Sold!!!
I was impressed when Steve mentioned that he noticed my discomfort in the first vehicle.
The Compass is perfect for me!
Steve is very experienced, knowledgeable and very personable. He went above and beyond. Thank you, Steve, for making our car buying experience a pleasure.
