The hotel room was a little dirty overall. It was okay for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It did include a free breakfast which was your basic foods. The location is amazing being right off the exit though. Plenty of parking too.

Room review: The room was filthy! The floors were not swept or mopped and left your feet black! The TV didn't work and the sink was too low.

Location: Although this area is convenient off the 10 fwy. This area is unsafe!! Two hours after check in my husband found two males over by our enclosed pull trailer speaking about the locks on our trailer and getting ready to break into it. As soon as they saw him coming they sped walked away from it and tossed the boulder they were gonna use to break into it. We had to move our truck and trailer right in front of our window and literally sleep with one eye open. When my husband spoke to the front desk clerk about what had happened, she didn't seem surprised.

Service: They accommodated our service dog and were understanding of why we wanted to move our truck and trailer right in front of our room.

The bathroom door, I feel like is the major issue. That's a huge gap man! Anyways, it still was a good looking little room and was ant & trash free, smelled okay, no complaints there either. We just wanted a place to sleep that we would feel comfortable in, this held up to those standards.
Breakfast was pretty good too. The mini waffles were ?. They had everything small and circular, which I thought was funny but convenient. You could stack the waffle, eggs, sausage, ham, biscuits and have the ultimate breakfast sandwich. (I felt like that was their intention)
Staff was friendly. Area was quiet and not loud, even though it's off the highway area.
Little areas to walk around and nature. (Remember it's still the desert, be careful!)

Never again. We chose this hotel becaue it was the closest to where we needed to be but after my stay here I'm willing to travel a little further next time. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which is probably due to the fact that anytime someone smoked near the door it came through the air conditioning and filled the room with thay toxic smell. Stains on all the sheets and curtains, a fridge that didn't keep anything cold.... this will not be the place I stay with my daughter again. Ick.

Make no mistake this is a dated motel but clean with comfy bed & all the basic necessities that a road traveler could need. They had a good WiFi connection and the breakfast was better than I expected (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, cereal, Belgian waffle machine, yogurts, tangerines, apples). The woman working in the breakfast room was wiping down the tables after patrons use which was good to see. Also, a minor thing but they had good quality Chinet paper plates (so much better than styrofoam used by some better hotel chains!)||The pool was drained & the jacuzzi was full of debris perhaps due to maintenance work. But it did detract from the appearance of the place. ||I chose the room with one bed which was ok although they had left the ceiling lamp on a rope chain a bit low and my husband had to stoop to avoid hitting his head (they obviously relocated the table & chairs in room). The faucet was leaking, also.

First of all the girl that checked me in the evening of July 23rd needs to learn some manners when talking to people. Other than that it was a very nice clean place with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was great for me cuz I had no car but the supermarket was a quick walk and Amtrak was close too what really impressed me was the great breakfast with many items to eat not many hotels do that anymore I highly recommend this quality inn. Stayed here overnight on a road trip on 7/10/24. Was woken up around 11pm feeling like something was crawling on me..sure enough there was a bug on my arm, turned on the light saw another on the bed.Found a total of 4 bugs in the bed. The place is old.
Had to switch rooms around midnight. Spoke to the manager Brandi..she told me the next day an "inspector" would be sent out. One of the staff members told me they already mentioned to management that there were bugs in the rooms. This place should be fumigated. I found 3 more of the bugs in the other room i was switched to...one was on the bath towel! I shouldn't have to switch rooms at midnight due to a bug problem that they already know exists! Then be told an "inspector" will be sent out & they will call me. You should have apologized & gave me a refund...but instead i get excuses. Fumigate!
I took a video of another one of the bugs crawling up the bed into the mattress & showed it to 2 front desk staff members. I offered to send it to Brandi also but she declined. I left 2 of the dead bugs in the bed for the staff to see.

Positive: Bed was comfortable Negative: Breakfast was horrible, grouchy staff member, biscuits hard as rocks, gravy watered down. Yogurt was good cause it was prepacked but that was about it. Didn't have it 2nd day, because we didn't want to chance a repeat .
