I stopped by the Radiant in Hawthorne to speak with someone about different account options. I spoke with a young lady name Penny. She was very knowledgeable, and helpful about the different account options I could choose from. My day wasn't going so great so I wasn't expecting to have such a pleasant experience. Best Credit Union this side of the Florida-Georgia line and Brook at the Hawthorne branch is PHENOMENAL. She really treated me like family. Her patience, understanding, and ability to work things out on her own is a lost art in today’s working society. The bank is clean and well managed. Service is fast and friendly! Great people, you won’t regret opening an account with them.

This branch has always been kind and accommodating. I have a learning disability that really causes banking issues for me. They have helped me many times by providing copies I needed, overdraft fee deferrals and an ear to understand when I was confused.
