Fantastic Experience with Radiant Home!

I had the pleasure of working with Radiant Home for a roofing insurance claim, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the beginning, their representative, Casey, kept me informed every step of the way. The team was punctual and efficient, and they ensured the job was completed on time.

Once the roof and gutters were finished, Casey went the extra mile by doing a final sweep of the job site to check for any stray nails or trash—such attention to detail really set them apart. I am the Pastor at Glenora Baptist Church in Mineral, VA, and when our church needed a new roof Radiant Home Services was there to help us out. Radiant did an excellent job on the roof at Glenora Baptist Church and were very helpful with every step of the process from the initial consultation visit to the final nail. They took care of the headaches of meeting with the claims adjusters and dealing with the insurance company. I was surprised at how fast they were able to get the approval of the insurance company, have all the materials scheduled and delivered, and yes, the project even started on time. From the salesman, Brandon, to the owner, Dan everyone was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. Radiant Solar is who I send my friends to who are interested in solar. Brandon Corbin is the project manager I worked with and he was exceptionally knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great communication and after having received excellent work on my roof replacement (professional team, no mess left, gutters in shape, warranty provided, etc) I decided to hire them for another house to replace gutters and the turn around on both was fast and timeliness remarkable.
