We had a fire at our home in February 2024. Rainbow Restoration was called out to the scene.
The next day I met Adrianna, who first needed to take 360 degree photos of every room in the house with her specialty equipment. Over the next few weeks she and her team worked tirelessly to clean out our burned and water damaged house. They saved items that could be saved and tossed what had to be tossed. It was a brutal job. In the end the house was a blank slate. It was beautiful and ready to be re-built. Adrianna, was so professional and gave me her card and told me if I needed anything I could call her.
I did end up texting her a few times and she was so helpful. What a wonderful job they did for us!
A house fire is such a traumatic experience but Rainbow Restoration and their wonderful team really made a difference to my family in our time of need. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend this company. Excellent job! God bless!

First let me take a minute to advise everyone to get the water out of your basement asap. You’ll save thousands on repair. Then you call these guys. We lost all our carpet and some dry wall from water. Rainbow was able to save almost all my dry wall with the way they set up the equipment. Angelo, Dan, Victor, Michael, Brandon and José were the crew on my house and the professionalism and courtesy they showed my family is beyond words.

I had an issue with a clogged drain on my air handler in my attic. Water damage to dining room ceiling. I called Rainbow, they came out right away & gave me a quote. They returned that week removed drywall & insulation. They sanitized to prevent mold growth & left blowers & humidifier to dry everything out. Awesome experience, great crew, very professional. We had a wonderful experience with Rainbow after our house fire. Louis and his team worked hard for a few weeks to get all the work done in a more than timely manner. They communicated with us on a daily basis so that we knew exactly what was worked on that day and what still needed to be completed. Oscar and the crew where all so nice and very courteous. They were always on time and worked around my mom's and my schedule. The gentleman that came today and checked to see if everything was dry was very helpful. He explained everything what he was doing. My home insurance agent got me in contact with Rainbow Restoration. She recommended them for the cleanup of water damage in my house. Jose assisted us from beginning to end. He made this whole process very easy and stress free. He was very good about keeping me updated at all times whether it be through phone calls or text. He pretty much took care of everything from the clean up to sending a company to test for asbestos, approval from my insurance etc. Even when there were little hiccups (not from rainbow restoration) Jose was there right away to fix it! Overall my experience with rainbow was great. I will definitely be recommending them!

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff of Rainbow Restoration for all of their help and assistance when my home flooded.

Of course when your home floods you really panic and you don't know what to do. The insurance company sends you a lot of referrals but you really don't know if you should go with them or with someone that your friends or family have refereed. I just went with this referral because they were quick to answer my calls and treat me with patience from start to finish.

When they first came to my home the assessed the damage and honestly because they work with my insurance they started working right away. I have small children so having a home that was flooded you need to make sure you start the process of cleaning up right away.

They brought in all the equipment,fans anything you can think of and checked on the drying process frequently. When it was time to fix things back to normal everything was done in great timing. They knew that because of all the flooding the insurance companies were taking a while to pay and get back to customers but they were not worried about that they knew that they would get paid. Rainbow staff was really concerned about getting my home back together and back to normal.

Thank you again guys!! I sent you a couple more referrals from my family and they were very happy to use your service and the results. My uncle said you guys did a great job to let you know and he doesn't do internet . 😂
