I first moved to rainsville a month ago and the employees were very nice and very polite. Very accommodating, and they have a great book selection and a cute children book area..

They wanted to make a reference call for me to obtain a library card here lol don't understand that at all. I presented my ID and filled out an information card but the librarian turned around and told me she had to make a call. Not really sure what she was going to check on lol I mean I dont think they are allowed to deny someone a library card. It's a public library lol .

Computer services are excellent. Great customer service.
Printed what I needed and was finished in 30 minutes.
I got help immediately, access to a computer as soon as I signed in, quickly located the information I needed and printed it without any problems. Wonderful staff. Computers are up to date and have the latest software.

Librarian was very disrespectful to other employee and very loud giving her orders. Told her to get out of chair she needed to sit there with not so much as please or thank you. Most hyper and rude person I've ever been around. Spoke very loud the whole time I was there. Didn't even stop for a breath. Unpleasant experience!

Great selection of books. Has manga, books about the local area, and many fictional novels. Huge selection of movies to check out too!

I was sick and in the hospital and could not return my books. They did not care. The woman named Carolyn is a terrible person and should be fired.

Always friendly people there,most times can find reading .I read a lot,so it's hard to find new books to read.they usually have something.
