Absolutely fabulous company with phenomenal customer service and top notch hardware/materials for their rainwater collection systems! As a plumber with over 20 years of experience, this was the first time I have ever installed one of these systems. I called today, October 5, 2023 at 2:09pm. I give the date and time because whoever answered my call was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I wish all companies were like this and all customer service reps were this capable. I cannot express enough as to how great my experience has been with this company. I highly recommend this company and their products. I generally do not leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this instance as I am blown away by the overall awesomeness

When it comes to customer service and customer support, the RMS team was amazing! I had a product that failed just after the warranty ended. The MFG was contacted and they simply stuck to policy without any thought and denied the warranty. The product failure was very unusual and shouldn’t have happened, so Jeff gathered his team to discuss the matter. They also concluded it was very unusual and decided to honor the warranty themselves by sending me a brand new unit! At their cost!
I am just amazed at their old school way of doing business the right way and will encourage my friends and neighbors to go to RMS first.

Miserable, condescending, and useless customer service here. Furthermore, you can buy or assemble what they sell for far cheaper on your own or by buying literally anywhere else but here. I was prepared to spend up to $10k with this company, but the rotten customer service I received sent me elsewhere.

This has been a nightmare... missing parts--not once, but twice--, incorrect website listings, extraordinarily insane costs for both manufacturing and shipping. Slow communication, and no real responsibility taken for mistakes.

Three thousand dollars and over a month later, I still don't have running water at my tiny home. The effect on my mental and physical health from working with this company has been harmful.

In response to my complaints, I was offered an extra light bulb and some filter replacements... which is honestly offensive considering the ordeal this has been. The sales manager I worked with completely shut down any other requests for recompense, and treated me like a burden for asking basic questions about the rainwater system which I purchased.

I regret working with RMS and will not be recommending them to any other tiny-house community members.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I just finished building my house and through the entire process of building I can honestly say RMS has been by far the best company I have had the pleasure of working with. They were personally invested in our project from the first phone call and did everything they could to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Response to my questions was consistently fast and always very friendly. Shipping was incredibly fast and everything arrived in great condition. We could not be happier with the quality of our rainwater system and the service we received in getting it.

Rainwater Management Solutions installed a 2500 gallon system for our home in the mountains where wells are often insufficient. We have been so happy with our RMS system. It is easy to maintain and the water tastes fantastic! Our particular installation was complex. We had to get a variance from the Commonwealth of Virginia to allow us to install a rainwater system as our first and only source of potable water. Shawn Crawford of RMS assisted us in providing all needed information to the Health Department, installed the system and has been a great support as questions have arisen over time. We anticipate we would have spent close to twice as much on a deep well which may or may not have provided adequate water. We are so pleased with our RMS system and recommend them without reservation.
