I have been using Rapid Systems for many years. When the system was first installed my service was much better than the recent service. The Rapid System has upgraded and when the service guys came out they put it up and responded that the trees were in the way to get better reception. Funny thing we have had multiple hurricanes that have cleared the trees and should allow better reception. They refused to leave the new equipment saying I need to put up a taller pole and I decline to do this. So I continued using their service which was not the best with in and out reception until hurricane Milton blew the system down. Not one of my neighbors have this service. We maybe in a bad area for their service.

Moved to Sebring, had originally put in a transfer of my Xfinity. Day of install, Xfinity tech informed us that they didn't have fiber on our street (and wouldn't for a month).

Working from home, I needed internet within a day. I called Rapid Systems to see if they served Sebring. Not only did they confirm service at my location, they did a same-day install. Couldn't have been more prompt, courteous and helpful.

I've had the 50Mbps Down / 10Mbps Up for 3 weeks now and it's been rock solid. I work from home and am a HEAVY user (moving large files, on video calls, etc.). My experience has been outstanding.

I recently needed tech support for our newly installed business VOIP system and called Rapid Systems. I was able to reach Daniel right away and he quickly diagnosed our problem and scheduled a time to correct it. He was knowledgeable, professional and competent. We have been with Rapid Systems for 10 years and love the service.

Drove from Springlake 0n 98 across hwy 27 to 66.
One straight shot to 17 took a right and watched
for their building and they are on the left.
Very kind lady fixed us up with info. Paid and left another lady called us for a good time to have the system set up. They were very nice and did a great job. For about 3-4 days tried to reach CenturyLink had no internet, TV so had to get in our car to use our cell phones. Anyway Rapid System came fixed our renter up next door. They were awesome. Got a hold Of CenturyLink they sent a tech he was great he knew what the problem was and got us back on Internet, TV, and our phone. Thank 😊 you Rapid System for saving the day for our Renter, and CenturyLink for getting our Internet back online Thank you 😊 all. SPRINGLAKE RESIDENT in Sebring, FL.

You can’t count on this service for anything other than knowing when the weather gets bad. The second the wind starts blowing, you best believe you will NEVER have any wifi. And god forbid you call them about it. Even when you upgrade, they keep saying they can’t do anything for you. Even when you pay for it, that same day you won’t have any internet. They love taking money from you and tell you it’s on you to figure it out. Very trash company.

Been with rapid systems for as long as i can remember, used to actually be decent internet for living in a rural area. For the past 6 months now the speeds have literally dropped to 1Mbps, when I pay for 25Mbps. Every time I call i get told the same thing, "we will have engineering look at it". At this point I doubt they even have an engineering department since this has been going on for many months with no resolution. I would avoid this ISP, if this is your only option go for star link instead. It isn't worth the headaches dealing with Rapid Systems.

Expensive to set up. Expensive for the bandwidth and for two years now
I’ve had terrible internet. Great during my working hours but when I’m home and want to use it… it goes as low as 3 mb. And they’ve been able to nothing about it, nor do I get a discount on my monthly rate for having terrible service. They are attentive, they’ll cash me every night to see hire it is. But I don’t want to spend every night on the phone with a tech rubbing the same does tests and found the same thing. So I gave up. And during storms… forget it. I just had a big one roll through and my Internet is still out even though the storm is long gone.
