We choose RCI Solar to install 30 panels on our house in 2014. They were very responsive to any questions we had. They had the best quality product and prices and would travel to Butte County. They dealt with the County offices, PG&E and made sure everything was taken care of for us. Installation went as planned. We have had no problems until they called us last month to tell us to schedule a time their service man could come out and replaced a module in one of the panels that was showing a problem at their end. So they are a 5 Star company we highly recommend.

This company has stopped by after a request to review our solar. We're still at about $3000 per year in true up costs. The system seems to be working as well as it can.

Is this company even in business any longer I have placed many calls asking for a call back for service. 3 months and many calls and messages left and nobody has called back. I could not and would not recommend to do business with this company. I will update this review if I get a call back and a scheduled visit.
