Evergreen is absolutely the worst HOA management company! They have demonstrated nothing but neglect and extremely poor communication to our community. There have been issues that go on for weeks upon weeks with no resolution or attempt to communicate the status with the community. I would rate them zero stars if I were allowed to post that way!

Evergreen was just fired by my community. Terrible experience. They seemed to like to impose fines for little things and then hope you don't take care of it so they could fine even more. Took weeks to get responses from them on issues I had. I'm glad to see them go.

Worst HOA I have ever experienced. If you are getting a house and Evergreen is your HOA, please do not buy. My HOA is $395 a month and I have not had grass cut, trash picked up, plants are dead, Nothing has been taken care of for 3 months now. No one will return your calls, and when I finally got someone on the phone, they said that we do not have a property manager. I don’t know how legally they can take your money and not do anything that they say they will but they are the worst HOA I have ever had. Me and my wife are considering selling our house already because the HOA is that bad. Avoid them at all cost

I'm waiting over 3 weeks just to get a key fob replaced. They Don't respond to emails. when I get on their web page I see that my maintenance request has been advanced It looks like each week they go in and Make a note saying they are advancing my maintenance request for review. Correspondence with this company is absolutely horrible. We are already talking about how to fire them as soon as we take over the HOA. I would highly recommend never hiring these people.

Seems the only time they take a neighbor to court, is when they do not pay HOA fee's. Week after week for the past year, same cut copy pate email from our "Manager" about violations , yet NOTHING is done on their end.
They seem to also change area managers frequently here.
Developer uses them for ALL their builds.
Worthless.

Seriously they have gotten SO low as to have EMPLOYEES write up positive reviews not only as rating it as a place to WORK, But they are ALSO doing FAKE reviews as "clients"

I just moved in to my new home. This Company is terrible to communicate with. I have dealt with them in the past. In my recent community. they double the HOA fees to almost 900. After firing them we were able to bring down the HOA fees to 400 for the YEAR....Now Just to get a ARC request done i have to wait a whole month and then most likely another month for them to approve it....Then WHY PAY for Management Company that cant do their job efficiently.

As you can see the reviews are super bad, the only good ones are those of the employees. All this company does is profit from the people where they run their communities. All they do is send email and they don't fix anything. The most shameful thing about this company is that for 3 dollars they charged me 35 dollars of late fee, percentage of interest and when you pay it also has another charge. We must all unite and put a stop to these hoa companies that what they do is profit

Worst HOA I have ever encountered. They are great by sending reminders for HOA fees or compliance, but they do not respond to any requests until weeks and even months later. I have called their offices being on hold on average of 30 minutes or more. They place unrealistic expectations and time frames that makes absolutely no sense.

If you are planning to purchase a home and you see that the HOA is EVERGREEN please run the other way. Do not purchase having EVERGREEN as your HOA. You will thank me later.

Also, a lot of fake accounts here providing fake positive reviews from their own employees. Painful and embarrassing to see.
