Four rate increases in 6 years. Almost equals 100% increase in rates since 2018. Still weekly rotation with green waste and blue recyclables. Paying more for the same services/quality. Recently implemented a payment fee if you pay any other way than mailing in a check. Nickel & diming customers.

Was trying to pay my bill over the phone and person that took the call left me on a long hold to just joke around with her co workers. Didn’t even ask me to hold just straight up stopped talking to me to joke around hung up after 10 min of waiting because she never got back on the phone

This is second time within 2 or three weeks that garbage trucks didn't pick up our street . When I call they tell me it says it was picked up. Receptionist said driver will take pics after he's picked up now, I felt like she thinks I'm lying. I'm sending pics of our street. ALL cans are still at street. Someone needs to talk to driver about why he says was serviced when it wasn't. My cans are out there every Tuesday night for Wednesday pick up.

You guys need to pick up all bins every week. Recycling trash just overflows. Plus all bins are left open and moved around by the curb after the truck comes.

Save your money and drive up to the dump in the mountains or go to the one in Madera city. Place is terrible. Don’t expect customer service

These people are the worst. It took days for them to pick up their phones because we just moved in and we were told to call them to deliver the garbage bin to us. After days of constantly calling, we finally got through to them , and they promised to get it across. We waited and they never came. When they bins were finally delivered to the front door, they said they'd start picking them up on a daily basis from the next week. They never did. As I'm typing this Redrock has never picked up our trash not once. We've been leaving the bins outside the house right at the front where they said they'll pick it up from. But never did. Maybe a lawsuit will knock some sense into you guys. It's been almost a month we moved in here. You guys are failed to keep the end of the agreement, which is fraudulent and that breach of this agreement is causing me and my household so much stress and discomfort.
It's either you do the needful or we can talk legal.

Bought a new building and they immediately took the trash bin away so that they can charge us a delivery fee to give us a new one. Very disappointed with service. Unfortunately we don’t really have any other options in the area.
