We worked with Regent when we remodeled and they helped us automate our AV and lighting, as well as upgrade our home security system, allowing us to control our home security and lighting remotely. More recently, we had Regent help us with installing power walls to provide backup power, and they managed the process with PGE and the town of Hillsborough. The team at Regent is knowledgeable, professional and responsive, and we have been happy with the work they have done. When something hasn’t worked, they make an effort to fix the issue in a timely manner.

What I find most convenient about Regent5 is their breadth of services. They cover everything from electrical services, audio video, smart home automation, to IT and computer support. They've done a lot of work at our place, like fixing and updating the gate access control systems, redoing a lot of the electrical wiring and decorative lighting, home theater system makeovers, and updating our Lutron Radio Ra lighting systems to the latest Lutron Homeworks version. They've also installed landscape sound systems, outdoor TVs, and did a complete overhaul of our WiFi and networking components. On top of that, they put in Lutron motorized shades, integrated our Savant Home Automation system, and gave our landscape and interior lighting a complete LED lighting makeover. The Regent5 team is professional, easy to talk to, and they know their stuff. I highly recommend them without hesitation as a home integration company and electrical contractor.

We’ve used Regent5 since 2016. They did all of our home automation and audio video installations as part of our remodel. Cham and Jerome are really great - thorough, practical and fully up on all of the various technology options and how to make them all simple and workable for you. They’ve also done a great job helping our home offices work - set up a reliable house-wide WiFi system and backup. Also set up security cameras throughout and made sure we knew how to keep them working. Highly recommend.

Techs from Regent5 installed a new (replacement) wall-mounted 77" TV and a powered subwoofer in our living room, as well as a new (replacement) 42" TV and soundbar in our bedroom. The installation was done very competently and efficiently, including updating software for the new equipment on our universal remote control. This review is LONG overdue. We initially used Regent5 for for a Home Theater Audio Video Installation and Design for our family room. We loved the experience so much that we extended a fantastic setup for the Master Bedroom. As projects often do, ours blossomed and Regent5 helped with our whole home smart automation with upgraded WiFi. We have been very pleased with our systems and especially pleased with the upgrades and maintenance they have assisted us with over the years. The techs are always knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and patient trying to explain in language and practice I can understand!! Very recently we had an unfortunate instance at our home and Regent5 responded immediately and are in the process of designing and installing a whole home security with video surveillance. Cham from Regent5 tries to explain to me the different options and my only response is "Whatever you think is best for our situation lets do that".
