Jonathan is truly the heart of Regents Park! He is incredibly polite, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. Not only is he helpful, but he also brings a light and homey feeling to the building with his great sense of humor.

One particular time, we were struggling to find a resolution through management, and just talking things through with Jonathan—bouncing around ideas—helped us tremendously. His kindness, patience, and problem-solving mindset make such a difference. I honestly don’t know what Regents Park would do without him!

Highly recommend Jonathan for his outstanding service and warm presence. He’s the best!

I moved to Regents Park about three months ago, and my experience has been marvelous since my residence. They have the best maintenance department I have ever experienced! The amenities are excellent, such as a well-equipped exercise room, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, Amazon huge locker, and a private park. My view on the 22nd floor of Lake Michigan is fantastic!

The front desk staff at Regents is very good. Especially Jonathan and Katherine. My grandson got on the elevator by himself and came all the way down to the lobby. They both kept an eye on my grandson and called me to let me know. Very courteous and cheerful. They always have a smile and make my day!

i moved here in august and have loved how welcome the community is. the front desk is always nice, but yesterday katherine and jonathan both went out of their way to help a girl out! i dropped my phone straight down the elevator shaft to the basement from the 12th floor. i was super panicked but they both took the extra effort to help me track down maintenance, explain my situation, and return my phone to me safely. thank u katherine and jonathan

Stuff gets stolen all the time. We had packages stolen, I had flowers sent here and stolen, and also a food delivery. The apartment rent is overpriced for a place you cannot trust. The owners and management should be embarrassed and ashamed about this, plus it smells like a Motel 6.

The Regents Park Apt building is the bomb! Living here is like living in a resort. Management is ready to help you with any questions you may have. Free WiFi and plenty of amenities to enjoy. Maintenance response quickly to fix issues in your Unit. Mailroom problems is reason for only 4 Stars.

I should have paid attention to all of the other reviews for this place and their property management company. They were so communicative when I was signing up for the lease, but once the lease was signed, I heard nothing from them. They took my money for the lease and ran. I tried calling and emailing them and heard nothing. Once I expressed my regret in having to cancel the lease agreement, is when someone finally answered the phone. I knew it was too good to be true. Nearly $3K a month for a rent, and no one can answer an email or phone call? Not to mention the dead roaches I found inside the unit of which I was told I wasn't able to come in and clean the unit before moving in without extending my lease? AVOID!
