We hired Regis Construction to repair damages to my girlfriends house that occurred during Ian. The process took some time due to issues with homeowners insurance and the amount of time it took to obtain building permits from the City of Cape Coral and Lee County. Vern kept us updated regularly from our initial meeting and throughout the process to completion.

Once the work began, the crews worked diligently to complete the work, which included a new rear porch overhang (over 400 square feet) which included demolition and removal of what was left of the old porch, a new pool cage, a new block wall as part of the porch (which did not exist prior), soffits, and all new gutters and downspouts.

Again, Vern kept us updated throughout the construction, incuding a few delays for code inspections. Jonathan, the on-site supervisor, was very courteous and patient with all my questions and suggestions as the job went along (my career was in construction and maintenance). The job was completed today and we are very happy with the results. It's better than it was prior to the hurricane.

I highly recommend Regis Construction and certainly Vern, he's the guy that made it all happen.

From start to finish, Vern with Regis Construction was professional and kept my boyfriend John and I updated with any changes in schedule due to the permitting process. I can say that for the most part the project stayed pretty much on target, once my insurance settled on my Hurricane (Ian) damage. His crew, including Jonathan, the on-site supervisor was very kind and courteous and his crew worked very hard to give me back my, lanaii, pool cage, gutters, soffits, downspouts, and a new block wall for privacy. My boyfriend who has a background in construction and maintenance worked with the crew closely and helped me with ideas and so much more. John and I couldn't be happier with how it has turned out, I have a much better outdoor living space -Regis Construction does top quality work with the upmost professionalism -I would highly recommend them!

Due to hurricane Ian I was facing a disaster on my home in Southwest Florida. After wrestling with the insurance company for what seemed an eternity, we settled on the amount I would receive minus the deductible. I had extensive damage to my roof and also my pool cage. With so many construction companies in Collier County I reached out to several. The first to call me back was Vern from Regis construction. We arranged a meeting the next day and he arrived promptly on time. He was pleasant and precise in explaining the extent of my dilemma and recommended some common sense ways I could repair my tile roof and my extensively damaged pool cage. Within days we agreed upon the price and The repairs began in a couple of weeks which I thought was amazing because of the number of homes damaged in the area. I must say that Vern and his team are the best general contractors I've ever dealt with in Southwest Florida. I was able to replace my flat tile roof with a new Spanish barrel tile roof. The craftsmanship was amazing,t he job site was clean but that was just part of it. Throughout the process Vern promptly answered my calls, answered my questions thoroughly and genuinely seemed to care about my malady. My pool cage was virtually destroyed. I was also able to replace my regular screen pool cage with a panoramic screen enclosure with panoramic walls all under budget. I highly recommend Vern and the Regis Construction team for any type of tile roof or screen enclosure. The home I purchased originally was built by a different contractor but I know who I will be calling from now on when I need work done. Regis Construction was professional, timely and really seemed like they cared. I got to know a lot of the guys and they all were great. Highly recommend!
