FINALLY an off-site IT company that really cares about us and our business! Sid and his whole staff work tirelessly to provide great and fast service, and I am thrilled with the company. Honestly the only thing they care about is billing. Once they came in and rigged everything they were useless for support. I had them come in multiple times to fix the wifi they had set in our building and they blamed it on our devices. Had a different tech company come in and fix their mistakes and works just fine. Save your money and go elsewhere for less headaches.

Response: A break-fix customer? We had you in on 3 separate occasions to fix the extenders you put in our building. Every time we were billed for the visit and you fixed nothing, just blaming it on our iPad and tablets saying they were inadequate and we should upgrade those. We had a an actual Tech support company come in and fixed what you only billed us for.

Highly would recommend staying away from a company that refuses to accept when they messed up. They only care if you sign up for their expensive yearly subscription, which I wouldn't even trust them to touch our equipment at this point.
