Rodney and his team are fantastic. From the first call they are all in. Thorough, caring, dedicated. I had just about given up. 2 knee surgeries in a year, gained weight that wouldn't come off. Eating healthy (barely) and still nothing. Rodney listened to me and at 5'1" after 3 months I lost 10 lbs. The healthy way! Eating good food and not starving! I was introduced to the Rodney Brooks and the RELIVE team on October 11, 2022. At that time I was a 63yr old type two diabetic diagnosed in 2009. My weight was 200 plus pounds and was in that range since 1984 which was after the birth of my first child. Not to mention that I have never been regular as far as eliminating after eating.

Prior to the introduction to RELIVE I had a routine scheduled appointment with
my primary care physician. My last appointment was on August 2, 2022; weight was 226.9 lbs. and A1c was 6.7.

When my doctor saw me on November 2, 2022; (after starting my plan with RELIVE) my weight had gone down to 206.4 pounds. and A1C dropped to 6.2. I had lost 20 pounds with 15 of those pounds dropping in the first three weeks of being on the program! The doctor was very impressed; so impressed that she put my medication, (Metformin) on hold telling me do not take until further notice. Next appointment, January 3, 2023, my weigh-in on this day was 194.8 pounds and A1C 5.6! I am no longer classified as Type 2 diabetic: no more Metformin! First goal accomplished “Diabetic Medication No Longer Needed”. Second goal accomplished "Weight Is Under 200 Pounds.”

I feel better, told by several people that I
look younger. My coworkers are amazed at my transformation. Family members are excited and happy for me. This is a lifestyle change. Had an appointment November 18, 2024. Still no Metformin; weight is now 185.2. Eliminating regularly; labs are good. Doctors recommendation..."keep on with that diet and exercise I'll see you in six months". I am so grateful to the RELIVE team for their commitment to good health and wanting to see people healthy.
