Excellent speedy service, friendly communication, & education on proper maintenance. Highly recommend this company.

The previous AC company back in 2022 took 6 months to replace an air compressor & the home had no AC for those 6 months in 90 plus heat.

It forced me to purchase a portable AC unit which The company refused to pay for.

It took a year to get half my money back for an issue that should of been resolved quickly.

The company claimed they could not order the part necessary due to the pandemic.

As of today I am so happy this new AC company does not operate with excuses like the previous one, but with speed & efficiency.

Top notch service. Arrived during scheduled time and start to work installing my new AC unit. Kyle and Nick were polite and worked non-stop until the job was done. The owner stopped by to make sure everything was going smooth. Would highly recommend to anyone. They left the site cleaner than they found it.

I am really impressed with Remedy Heating & Cooling. Christian, my service tech, showed up on time and was very thorough with his diagnosis of my AC unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. I am always skeptical when using a new to me service because my experience has been it’s always a gamble. I am so pleased that Remedy turned out to be a winner. If you don’t want to gamble on service and price I highly recommend Remedy, they are what a family business is supposed to be…..Excellent!

Jared was great. He showed up ahead of schedule and had to stay late to make sure that he can get the AC working properly. He was very polite and professional and showed Karen concern for my disabled mother and made sure she was comfortable. He took the time to fix everything, and stayed for a few minutes to make sure everything was working properly.
Kathy was great with communicating and setting up the appointment and calling to let us know the arrival time. She was very friendly and personable and professional.
Had to have them come back out for another issue, and the guys two were also very professional, and took the time to research the issues and found a short and then trace the wires to find another short and corrected. It tested all systems to make sure everything was working properly and hung around for a few minutes to make sure that there were no other Issues. They did the job in a timely manner.
I would recommend this company and use them again.

Just had a great experience having these guys out to my house to fix an ongoing issue. They were very nice and polite and even waited a bit to ensure all issues were resolved. The technician's name was Christian and you can't go wrong if he shows up to your house.

These guys are the BEST! These guys have been fixing my old AC for the last 7 months or so and it was finally the time to get a whole new unit and duct work after it flooded with salt water from Helene. It was a blessing to know right who to call. Jared & Kathy helped me with a quick and easy appointment setup… returned paperwork for insurance submittal promptly… and Jared even called me to explain I didn’t need an upgrade that I had asked for and for me to save that out of pocket money and why it wasn’t needed.
The whole crew came out! Harley, Kyle, Tyler & Tyler. Two days work and they installed all new duct work… AC handler… raised unit outside so it’s up to code and not a threat to flooding in the future… moved my huge return vent from an awkward low area in the small living room (which made it difficult to fit furniture… to the ceiling near the hallway). Makes way more sense there! Added a fan in the bathroom so it doesn’t get so steamy and they are super clean! I finally made it to the house to see it and you would never know all that old stuff was cut out of the attic. Professional, friendly, always punctual, communicative, trustworthy…. Recommend 110% Thank you all!

You can tell Jared and Kyle love what they do and are very professional in their job. They take the time to explain what they find and what needs to be done to complete the job. They don't push anything on you but relay your options for you to make an informed decision. Remedy is a great local business that prides itself on customer service.
