This is a well run, well kept apartment complex. My mother lived here for 8 years and felt safe and always experienced friendly and prompt assistance from the management and staff when needed. It’s without a doubt the best place to rent in Mt Vernon.

This apartment is a place you can call home!! Very clean and modern. Maintenance was here in minutes when we needed them. Location is close to everything you need. Most drives are less than 2 minutes away. Connor and Dan are like having family here with you. Stop looking, you’ve found your next home!!

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There are more affordable options which will provide a better "bang for your buck". I am only speaking from my personal experiences with this company when I say that they were unpleasant to interact with in almost every situation. These folks are concerned with one thing and one thing only - money! Overall, very poor experience with the staff and they are unreasonably priced. Not to mention, the property is surrounded on 2 sides by other apartment complexes that are very loud and unruly at ALL hours of the night. In addition, it is a very busy street that would appear to be unsafe for small children.
