The General manager has always been friendly but her two of her employees need an attitude adjustment. I wouldn’t hire either one of the two unless they knew how to treat customers. And how one of them even got hired beats the hell out of me.

A 60 year old retired female and the is my first time renting from anywhere, I told myself that it was not the way to get furniture but I was wrong RENT ONE NEWPORT showed me so much love , if I need anything else I would definitely rent from them again. Thank you Marty Holly and William Brock they had a hard time getting the furniture though the door but they did not give up or damage my furniture.

I have always had a great visit when I go in to store but I also like that the manager will text message with me if I have a question or concern. Everybody that works there is nothing but nice and curious to all their customers. Brittany the manager totally rocks and dies a great job trying to make her customers happy.
