They seem to miss my house on a regular basis. This last week it was my neighbor and I. Cans out night before. I called for a pickup for my neighbor and I. They scheduled myself for a 24 hour pickup and my neighbor had to call separately. We'll they never showed up for that pickup for either of us. I called them again today and we are atl east another 24 hours before pickup and their exact answer was "I couldn't tell you why." IF they show up it will be 5 days after original pickup

What a joke.

I have to tell you this is the worst service I have ever had in my life. And the customer service is just as bad. Note I pay for this service .This has been going on a month where my Garbage has not been picked up by Republic services. 3 to 4 calls to Republic Service, two escalation transfers and two callbacks from dispatch and a call back from a manager. Still they have not fixed this problem. They say it's a problem with the route. It takes over a month to fix a route. I'm confused?

We have the best driver on 700 West in hurricane, if he doesn't see cans out he will honk when he goes by to let us know. We missed taking cans out on time today, called customer service and they're able to swing by and get the cans as they were still in the area. What a great service, thank you.

My trash pick up was missed again this week. It has happened 6 times already this year. When I call it takes about 20 minutes on the phone to get ahold of someone to schedule my missed trash pick up and even then my trash doesn’t get picked up every time. Get it together!!!!!!!!

I was going to switch services after Republic purchased Dixie Waste as I was not able to get the customer service that I expect from my vendors. I called the customer service number to cancel my services and within 30 minutes I received a call from Kyle asking if he could stop by. Later that day Kyle and Jay came and met with me and helped resolve my issues. I was so impressed by the urgency and local assistance that I decided to stay. It was very reassuring to know that I have a local contact who has now helped me on multiple new projects.

Called and spoke to a rep to let them know our street was missed 3 weeks in a row. Said that they have new drivers and it wont happen again. The next week was missed and I called and left a voicemail. Never bothered to respond. I called again and left another voicemail, again no reply. Called the third day and I was questioned if I knew the days of usual pick up or if I'm mistaking something. My can was at the curb untouched for 2 weeks hoping to catch someone. My other neighbors hadn't had theirs picked up either. Never got any response from anyone. They finally showed up after 5 weeks. If you read other comments there seems to be a lack of communication throughout the company. Sucks that its passed down to the consumer who has to deal with literal garbage service.

These guys saved my day. I needed a dumpster delivered for a roofing project and couldn't wait until the following Monday. I talked to Kyle at republic and he told me that he could have it there on Saturday morning if not sooner. Not only were there prices cheaper, but he got the dumpster delivered on Friday afternoon. Thank you guys! Highly recommend
