09/20/2024 I55 Northbound truck #1215 almost hit me merging into my lane, causing me to hit the brakes while moving with a 0140,000lb truck. Unfortunately, google won't let me upload my dash cam video. What is wrong with you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a joke! When I started service in 2018 my payment was 65$ every 3 months. A few years later it was up to $157. Then just went up again to $195. So I decided to switch to our local company. They then decided to still charge me to $195 after I closed my account! When I called to get the payment reversed I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to process and they would charge me $50 to remove the can. So I asked if I could drop it off and was told yes at first then told that the drop off was no longer available to the public so they had to schedule pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use republic services!

I have been the store manager of a large volume grocery store in Bloomington for the past year. I have been consistently impressed with the service and responsiveness with regard to our roll-off dumpster service and trash compactor service from Republic and in particular our service representative Kathy Saunders. Kathy responds promptly my phone calls and to our every need, and does her best to get our requests fulfilled correctly and on time, every time. I could not be more impressed with the service we received from Kathy during my time in Bloomington-Normal.

She gets you the information you need about your account right away and explains things clearly.
I know we all would all like lower costs but every thing costs more these days and if you think about it, how much is it really worth to have someone take your garbage away?!!
