Had a horrible experience with RestCon. Received an incomplete report, and inspector refused to communicate with me to provide clarification and explanations. When the report was reviewed by another local inspector who has a great reputation and has been in business for over 20 years, I was told that he had never seen such an incomplete, unprofessional report. When he re-inspected (only one week later), he found none of the same conditions.
