Everyone at RS1 did a great job repairing damage to our roof, deck, gutters, siding and paint after a tree fell damaging the side of our house. I would use them again and recommend them to others. Not only were they detail oriented with their work and communication, but they were super easy to work with, professional, and made an unfortunate situation much better and easier to deal with. Shawn and team were great to work with and did a fantastic job on repairing our roof, siding and gutters after a tree fell on our house. They paid attention to detail, painted after fixing everything, cleaned up and made sure everything was better than before. I would use them again if anything unfortunate requiring restoration work happens in the future, as well as recommending them to my family and friends in the area. The roof is still leaking. I called this company for a leak in my roof, and they came out and quoted me for fixing the issue. They came and did the work and, after it rained again, found that it was still leaking in the same spot. I tried to contact them and felt ghosted for a bit. Until I wrote a review, and then they promptly contacted me. They came out again and did some sealing. Well, it’s still leaking in the same spot. What about the original quote? You did not fix the issue you quoted me for. So, you redid a portion of my roof that probably didn’t need it. And you want to quote me again on fixing the leak that the original quote was supposed to cover. Yeah, I’m done. Don’t contact me to remove the review. I’m moving on, what a massive waste of my time and money.
Oh yeah, thanks for leaving the box of nails on my roof, I found a couple of them in my driveway. Glad I didn’t get a flat. When I called them to tell them this their reply was OK. Not I'm very sorry I can send someone to grab it and make sure your roof is not covered with nails. Nope just an OK.
I just wanted to share my experience with this company. I saw all the great reviews, but I guess reviews can be misleading. So, hire them at your own risk.

Restoration Service 1 (RS1) did an amazing job restoring my mom's home after she experienced a flood in her den. The flood happened while I was out of town, so I was very concerned about finding a contractor that I could trust to take care of the restoration. Shawn, the project manager, came out and took pictures of the damage and sent them to me so I could see the damage. After researching three (3) contractors, it was an easy decision to go with RS1. Their proposal was done professionally and with great attention to detail. Once the project commenced, Damian, the onsite manager, communicated with me daily. Damian went above and beyond to complete the project in a timely manner and to perfection. Thanks to Shawn and Damian for their commitment to excellence and for making my mom's home look amazing.
