Became a memeber during pandemic and overall it was amazing. They sell you on membership and selling things (packages) I ended my 400 plus membership and opted to buy just packages of IVs and other services. OUTSIDE of a “membership” Don’t do it! They take your money as in 1000s and your purchases expire! As if! Then when you ask hey where did my stuff go, they absolutely do not care. So if you must use these services find a more reputable place. As your money will disappear and so will your services you pre paid for! 1000% sure when I handed my credit card over to pay I never signed anything staying that they expire and was not a member at the time. So will be reaching out to state of Oregon. Consumer protection

These people are absolute thieves. They’ll sell you services based on miscommunication, charge you monthly, then expire your credits before you can use them. Don’t waste your money, there are other places that are straight forward and won’t drain your bank account.

It's really sad these amazing services are apparently so poorly managed. I started 2 years ago in Tigard, the staff was wonderful. The services amazing, they were often running specials and doing BOGO on services and product, they were truly engaged with their clients. This facility had such a flow and great energy, unfortunately, they closed their door with no notice to clients. Because I felt these services are so critical to my well-being, I grudgingly moved over to Cedar Mills. The best facials I've ever had in my life were at Cedar Mills, the service was just as wonderful and in sync with the services in Tigard. Then Cedar Mills went out of business, clients did get a little bit of notice. Here I am at Lake Oswego, struggling to find service to get into the cryo after my red light, I was looking forward to finishing it off with an infrared sauna ..... THERE IS NOT A SHOWER AVAILABLE AFTER THE SHOWER!!!!🥴I would think they would at least give you a heads up when you schedule your sauna there is no shower available, what if you are meeting friends for an early dinner after your sauna and shower? This was the plan I canceled so I could drive back home and take a shower. The facility itself is cut up, doesn't have any flow. You have to walk through the lobby in your bathrobe in order to take a sauna and then come out of the teeny sauna room sweating like a pig. Im sure, this will be the next facility to close, so sad. There are other similar businesses opening up in Lake Oswego which offer Infrared saunas and cold plunges, I'm headed over there and I will purchase a red light to use at home. Loved my time in Tigard. The time at Xedar Mills was good. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. I wonder if these we're all under the same company?

The Cedar Mill location is closing, so they transferred my membership to Lake Oswego automatically. I cancelled my membership and they gave me 30 days to redeem my credits which most of them were not set to expire until 60 and 90 days. They gave us less than one weeks heads up. I had 30 IV ingredients credits which is worth over $400. I ended up sending most of them in one day since driving to lake Oswego is not practical. This company has zero ethics. Spend your money someplace else as you could be next.

I came in here a couple of times. The staff was amazing...all super friendly. Very relaxing environment and the services are great. However, the new management and some of the new staff appear to give a completely different and unfriendly vibe. I was considering joining but will look to do services elsewhere.

Friendly. Accommodating. Clean. Great service. Relaxing. A few descriptors that enable a great experience when seeking wellness treatment.

The new staff coming on board is wonderful, and I’ve experienced time and time again how they work to create a casual work environment that allows anyone walking through the door to be treated with utmost respect and kindness.

I’ve been late a few times and they have no issues working to fit me in for treatment between other guests.

They do a great job onboarding new guests to their membership - a tour, review of all options within the packages (or a la carte pricing if you don’t go with a monthly membership), and they help you get scheduled in advance so you can plan your weeks accordingly.

Redlight and full body cryo are my main go tos, but recently tried the compression boots. I fell asleep within minutes and slept the entire hour of treatment. The staff was respectful and quiet and I never woke up to loud noises. It was peaceful, and they just let me take my little nap with grace and ease. Additionally, I’ve done the oxygen facial and HydraFacial… they’re awesome!

I definitely recommend this location and their services for anyone looking for some rejuvenation whether you workout frequently or just need a little reset or r&r. You won’t be disappointed!

Riley is a gem! My husband has been getting hydro facials from her for a while now and I decided to give it a try. I left about an hour ago and feel like I’m glowing !!

Riley is kind, professional, knowledgeable and has mastered her craft. I cannot wait to come back for more facials.

The entire staff was welcoming! My husband always has great things to say about the entire establishment!
