We purchased a large solar array that consisted of (50) 425-watt panels. Before we signed the paperwork for the project, I will say that we had already had communication with the company back in 2016, and we were very impressed with them at that time. We ended up not moving forward with the project, however fast forward to 2024, we knew we wanted to reach back out to them, and we are very happy we did.

SALES:
Our sales contact (Brett) was awesome through and through, going through an extensive in-person interview and outlining a system that would work best for us. We were originally stuck on getting a storage solution, however due to new models that were/are due to be coming out, we decided to wait on those. Brett went through our current usage, habits and listened to what we wanted the system to do for us, then designed a system that worked for us.

ELECTRICAL:
Sean was our electrician for the project and provided us with a very clean setup. Electrical was piped into the attic and down to the basement where we had a small room that was sectioned off; it ended up being perfect as it was in line with the current electrical coming from the grid. Sean answered all my questions relating to storage solutions and how everything worked together.

INSTALLATION:
Our main installers (Connor) and (Alex) were exceptional providing detailed updates and even pandering to my annoying questions relating to possible what-if scenarios. Everything was done clean and without any issues.

OVERALL:
We had our installing finished on 10.30.2024, and our new meter was replaced by Eversource on 11.5.2024, with Permission to Operate given on 11.6.2024. This was a very quick turnaround for everyone involved. We did end up going past our due date for the loan company that required us to reprocess eligibility, but we actually ended up with a lower interest rate than before, so it ended up being in our favor.
We are extremely happy with our new system so far; it is fun to check the EnPhase App to see what you are using for electricity then run around the house to figure out what you can shut off!

Even after our installation, Revision (Brett) is responsive to questions about our system. You can be rest assured they will support their customers even after the job is done.

A couple things to remember for any new installers:

• Be patient; if you get your solar installed in the winter, it will take some time for you to get some Net Metering Credits to your account. We still have an Eversource bill and likely will until start of summer when we experience more consecutive clear and sunny days.

• Make sure your system is large enough to generate credits, i.e. generate more than you use consistently (good weather providing).

Revision Energy exceeded our expectations throughout the process from initial site visit to completed project. Craig and Ryan, who did the site visits, demonstrated an impressive breadth and depth of knowledge and were glad to answer our MANY questions. Sean, Scott, Jared, and Nicholas, our installation team, quickly and cheerfully adapted when one of our family had to take an exam from home during the installation and couldn't have loud noises or power shutoffs for a few hours.

The whole Revision team went out of their way to make our installation beautiful to look at and easy to understand. Our system has been running for three months now and we love watching the green energy from our panels and batteries pile up.

ReVision crews installed heat pumps and rooftop solar at the same time. The street was full of vans and the house full of crew; in the basement and attic and the roof. You can tell about a company by meeting the workers (in this case the owners too). They were efficient and upbeat, quick to help each other out, but took time to consult us about changes to the plan, and to chat. Obviously professionally skilled and experienced in the task, they were more pleasant than your average service person. Clearly they are well supported and like doing their job and are proud of ReVision.
