Mitch Burns truly listened to our thoughts about a patio at our newly built home and he delivered an awesome design! The final product was almost identical to the design thanks to the wonderful Operations crew, coordinated by Gabriel. He, Jose and the rest of the team delivered a beautiful patio, sidewalk, landscaping layout and fence. Gabriel ensured all parts of the project were right and worked to exceed our expectations.
The team was professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. They also did a great job cleaning up.
Marisol (Production Assistant) regularly kept in touch with us to let us know of the schedule and any changes.

Jorge came out to discuss permanent lights on our house for a free consultation. I am the type of person that decorates the house for EVERY holiday. I was impressed by all the types of settings these lights have. The company was professional and every person who I had an appointment with showed up on time. All questions were answered, and I didn't even need to be home during the installation, they just needed access to the garage for power. After the installation, Ana came out to show me how to use the lights on the app. She was very friendly and answered all the crazy questions I had and was patient with me.

Love our new lighting! Our salesman Mitch was well informed and was great during the whole process. After install Ana came out and went through the whole app and explained how to schedule the lights and how to do different patterns. She was very easy to follow!

July 2024 Update

The drain line was blocked by a root build up from nearby evergreens. I contacted the office, and they cleaned it out 2 days later. Also, recommended adding additional catch basins for easier clean-out in the future, which I did.

Very pleased with the work done, and the fast response.

Our experience with Revive Your Lawn & Trimlight Chicago has been very positive. They installed a drainage line for our sump pump into the city storm sewer, and connected drains from low spots in the yard and from 2 downspouts. The work is done professionally, and ground repairs are done well.

They also installed 4 Chanticleer Pear trees in our backyard, with surrounding finely ground brown mulch ground cover, and landscape lighting. Absolutely beautiful! They seeded necessary places in front of the landscaped areas, and even in other areas of the lawn where they noticed it was needed.

We had a couple of issues with how some of the work was done, so we contacted them, and they were very responsive in coming back out and making the corrections we requested.

Overall, we are very pleased with the work Revive Your Lawn & Trim Light Chicago has completed for us. Their salesman, Mitch Burns, was great to work with for planning the project, and their operations staff did a great job keeping us informed about when the work was being done. It took about 3-4 weeks after signing the contract for them to start. The work team was very nice and responsive to all of our requests. One of them told my wife that they want to make sure the customer is pleased, and that's all that matters. They definitely earn the 5 Star rating!
