I am extremely grateful for Robert Ingram, who is the owner of this establishment. He is extremely helpful, kind and understanding. I had called to see if this location was opened, and I was not made aware that I was going to need to make an appointment. However, when I spoke to Robert over the phone and he made me aware that I needed an appointment I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do what was necessary or required for my current situation. Robert was extremely empathetic to my situation when I let him know that I did not have a vehicle and this was the only time I would be able to come in. He made sure that he could find a way to fit me into the schedule, which was more than I could ask for he went above and beyond to assist me and I am so very grateful for that! This is exceptional service, and honestly, any other business may have just turned me away. The customer service that is given to anyone who may call or walk through the door is over the top and I highly recommend anyone who may need any of these services to come to this establishment. I was treated like a friend or family member which made me feel welcomed and comfortable rather than feeling like I am just another person who was being rushed out the door so the next person could be seen. Like I said, I highly recommend this business and their services as well as I want to thank once again, Robert Ingram for being kind, attentive and extremely helpful with myself during my recent visit!

The trainer Robert Ingram met the desired training expectation. He was knowledgeable regarding First Aid / CPR topic and effectively delivered the content. The visual aids and hand outs were very helpful. For me, the training proceeded at an appropriate pace. Also, before concluding the training he checked for understanding and immediately clarified important questions. This training will most definitely be recommended to others . I am highly pleased with this training opportunity.
