I started my Christmas Shopping here first, because I like to shop local and because I often find unique items. Yesterday I attempted to return an unused item that I had bought at regular price (not a sale item) less than 48 hours earlier, but upon return it was identified as a "no-longer-stocked item" meaning it was an unreturnable item. After discussing it with the evening manager, we came to an agreement, which is why I will continue to make Rick's Ace a regular place to shop before going to the big box stores.

These folks are always so helpful! I hand the guy a nut, washer and bolt assembly and say I need another one just like this. He takes it and in 2 minutes I had the twin, just what I needed. I really appreciate the attitude of the young people who helped me today. They were cheerful and attentive. That's why I love my local Ace Hardware.
