My experience at this car wash has been disastrous from day one. However, today it was the last straw.
I had an issue, which I admit was due to my own misunderstanding, but I called at 9:00 AM and was told, as usual, that only Brittany, the manager, could resolve it. I was asked to leave my details, and they assured me she would call me back and most likely solve the problem.
By 6:00 PM, still having received no call, I went to the location, where the assistant manager was. Although he helped me initially, when I asked about the issue I was facing, he simply laughed in a mocking and sarcastic tone, and the cashier next to him joined in the laughter. I asked to read the terms and conditions, but he refused. I asked to speak with the manager, and he told me he was the assistant manager and that was all he could do. He then told me to leave or he would call the police.
As of now, I’m still waiting for Brittany’s call and some kind of resolution.
Additionally, the service is awful. The workers smell like marijuana and act as if they’re doing you a favor. The car wash is probably the worst we’ve tried; the machines are old, and it's very likely your car will come out with scratches and still wet, as the dryer is also very ineffective.

They went from a place that had experienced workers, making hot food for all meals, building a beautiful cooking station to make them......now they have gotten rid of their ready to go lunches, hot breakfast items, which you used to have to wait in line to get. Now they have teenagers who do t even put their phones down. While checking you out. Head over to the 7-11 on Higgins by the McDonald's if you are missing service with a smile and hot food to go!

Pumps not working with card. Went to 3 separate pumps. Went inside, Jimmy the cashier was arguing loudly with the customer in front of me. I walk up and tell him his readers aren’t working on 3 pumps, he tells me my card is the issue, which clearly not the case since they taped a hand printed note saying they don’t, I let him know that. He says he needs an amount to pump, I don’t know as I want to pump for full. He says he can’t help me and doesn’t understand the refund process if I pump less, nor how long it takes or if I’ll get my money back on my card. I ask him if he knows anything about a simple gas pumping transaction and if he has a pump that works. He says I’m forced to come to him because “my card is the issue” I tell him to go where the sun don’t shine and took my business to BP down the street with absolutely ZERO issues. This used to be my regular place to go to get gas, now I’ll be going next door to BP.

Bought monthly car wash package and it’s a joke. Tried to be patient for a year. Car wash is never working. It’s a lie that it’s 24h also. They said the software decided it closed at 9pm as if they have no control over the software they install to run their own machines. I would say at least a solid 75% of the time we try to get a car wash both locations are unavailable or broken.

Went there for carwash only, it suck. For $8 basic wash, got only half of the car washed. The back of my car was still dirty.

Imaging trying to get a car wash and have to call the number for help since you sat a good minute waiting for someone to guide your car in and then the car hook starts pulling your car and your not even in the track…. Very rude and poor customer service…

I went here it's a really nice place except for some of the employees I think her name was wendy...i went up to the place they keep burritos it being my first time I didn't really know how it worked I asked asked the girl behind the counter an she looked annoyed an rolled her eyes and angrily told me to open it from the side.I was just asking about the burritos. I'm sorry, but if you get annoyed for doing your job maybe you shouldn't work there.

This is a new gas station on my way to work. The pumps and all new so they are clean. The pump has the chip reader so assuming they are more secure?
Tried the car wash today, no scratches that I could see. Their monthly 15-washes-for-the-price-of 3 seems to be a good deal, may try getting that next time.
