We want to start by thanking the excellent Ridge Energy Savers installer crew Jose L, Jacob B and Danny A for exceeding our expectations replacing our central AC system. The crew was polite, professional and interacted with each other and us cordially. They happily answered all our questions and concerns. They took care of items not evened addressed in the estimate for no additional charge. Like moving the concrete pad to be able to better position the outside AC unit. They left both the yard and attic work sites clean. We are very pleased with the Carrier Crossover system we decided on, super efficient and whisper quiet. We highly recommend Ridge and will be using them for yearly maintenance and any future repairs or projects. Here is a few pics showing the mess they removed and the great results of the install.

I have used Ridge Energy Savers for my yearly Carrier AC checks for 12 years since building my new home. Today I had a new Carrier 2 Ton and 4 Ton AC systems installed along with a Carrier AC split system for my single car garage. I asked Randy Abbott my sales person at Ridge Energy for Levi our service technician we have used for all our 12 years with Ridge Energy to oversee our installation. Levi is one of most technical and honest professionals I have ever dealt with. The installation went fantastic and Levi stayed beyond the call of duty after the installation to make sure the systems were running properly and all my questions were answered on how to operate my new thermostats. I had an older mini split that was not blowing cold air anymore. This mini split was not installed by Ridge - it came with the house. So I called Ridge and they had someone at my house within 2 hours! Clarence came out and found the leak was coming from the inside unit within about 20 minutes. Since parts cannot be found for this older unit I will have a new unit installed one day. Very happy with the speed and service of Ridge and Clarence.

Today I had the pleasure of having Angel T, work on my unit. I had no heat and he came with the knowledge of fixing my unit quickly. I greatly appreciate the professionalism he gave to my home. Ridge replaced our downstairs gas furnace. They did an excellent job in quickly getting and installing the system. Chris, Martwon and Danny were courteous and proficient in installing the system. Today, Clarence installed a new thermostat in my home while I was out of state. He arrived earlier than expected and kept me fully informed of everything he was doing by telephone.
