Purchased a home in Lake Placid that had an existing system from this company. After multiple calls to set up a new account with no returned call discovered when I arrived at the house I no longer had the system. This seems to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate as I was left with stinky water. It was only today 4/10 that
Buzzy returned my call a little to late. I would not recommend this company!

Buzzy came quickly after my call and only 2 days after that with our new system. He's fast, prompt, and professional. He has also been thorough and willing to do whatever it takes to make our water right. Highly recommend!

Called Ridge Water yesterday. Buzzy said he could come the next morning. He came and saw my problem. Told me what it would take to correct the problem and gave me an estimate. He came back later the same day and fixed our problem. Great service - and- the bill was much less than his estimate. I'm a happy camper.

Buzzy came by today and was so much help! We just purchased and moved into a home in Lake Placid where we had green-ish water that smelled a little funky. I called and Buzzy came over the same day! He brought us supplies for the water filter and taught us how to flush out the filter and that we need to do this monthly. The water is clear and smells fine now. I will recommend Ridge Water Filter Systems to everyone! Thanks again!
