Nice beach with plenty of room to spread out. Shipwreck is interesting, although I wish the pier was still there. Lots of little places to grab a snack, drink or meal. Cute area to explore.

Wonderful beach with easy access and parking in the neighborhood. Dogs are allowed. Enjoy the waves, the sunshine, walk or look for treasures in the sand.

This is a fine beach along a string of continuous beaches from New Brighton down to Pajaro Dunes, over 10 miles.
The Aptos Creek empties on one edge of this beach.
Many of the reviews mention the concrete ship, but that’s the next beach over, Seacliff.
The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is Seacliff is better and adjacent.

It’s one of my favorite places to run a couple of miles, climb the stairs, and have moments of taking a breathe and get grounded. So important to relax and unwind the busy mind and emotional heart. Acknowledging He holds you and is part of all creation.

Still quite messy after the last storm, lots of driftwood and sand piled up, and sidewalks need fixing up. Helped clean up a bit by collecting some free unique driftwood samples.

Nice beach 🏖 to take a stroll and enjoy the views. Some of the homes on the Bluffs were hanging over the edge.

While this beach is not truly hidden, you kind of need to know about it to find it (there are other more public beaches nearby which are more accessible), even though it is really gorgeous and stretches on and on.

It also has a small little village with a nice coffee and pizza shop, and you can even get drinks and cocktails there. It is very relaxing to walk for quite a distance down the beach beneath the bluffs. And there are adventures to be found that way as well, such as the walkway up to the Seascape Resort, with its beautiful restaurant where you can see the most beautiful sunsets.

I enjoy just walking along the edge of the water, feeling my feet wading through the waves coming in and out. And to bring a blanket and to just lie there near the water often drifting away into a peaceful nap on the beach.

There are lots of homes along the beach here up on the bluffs or down near the village which are very cute and have plenty of character, for example there is one right at the edge of the beach which is styled after I vote complete with lifted base so you have to take a circular staircase to go into it.

Great beach! Dog friendly and so much space if your dog is a bit anxious around others. Parking is limited but may get lucky since people are going in and out.

The beach is ok but what is around it makes the while thing really cool. The houses and stuff around the beach are very nice together.
