horrible management and even worse maintenance. i would recommend this spot if you love roaches and unanswered service requests. my grandma has lived her for over 7yrs and has never been treated so horribly by management or corporate. i called to complain about a broken toilet that has been sitting outside her door for 3weeks now. maintenance took the toilet out of the unit across from us on aug 20 and it’s still there today on sept 3. when i called the corporate office,Sherman Heights property management, the customer service was horrible they took my complaint with attitude then called me back to argue with me. The representative I spoke with let me know that the maintenance man told her a different story, according to ‘steven’ the maintenance man, the toilet has only been there for a couple days. below I attached images from aug 20th and today, sept 3. i also walked around only one side of the apartments and got pictures of other appliances sitting outside doors. my grandmother has had various appliances replaced in the past with older management and they have always removed the junk the day of. corporate was also very hypocritical asking me for my patience and understanding yet they won’t give me that in return. they also let me know since i’m no longer on the lease i shouldn’t be complaining. it’s obvious they are taking advantage of their older residents with no remorse. this property should have been shut down a long time ago, barely inhabitable, and the employees don’t care about their residents or anything except their check.

Top of the line of apartments. If someone doesn't like it, that means the rules are enforced so they probably had to go. Quiet, clean and decent. Managers and maintenance people are on top of things. Have been here 18 years and never had it so nice. Great paint job, dishwasher, shower, kitchen, bedrooms, windows, everything very very nice. Thank you for having such a beautiful place to live. I recommend to all my friends!

When I called i was put under the impression that there were openings and no wait list when I went in to start the application process she had told me that there was a 6 month to a year wait...should really make it known especially if someone is in a tight spot
