Took delivery of my Rivian two years ago. Zero issues. Daily driver & work truck. I'd never driven an EV before and the learning curve was easy. My delivery specialist spent an hour driving around the block with me then I immediately took it on a 90 mile road trip. A huge improvement over my three previous Chevy trucks. Looking forward to seeing the new models and supporting Made-in-America high tech manufacturing.

The delivery team here was amazing and went out of their way to make our day good. I really appreciate the staff here. It's amazing to be able to pick up from the manufacturer and see the cars actually get made. Vehicle has been great so far. I had some hiccups with my ordering process but was taken well care of and delivery day was perfect.

Thank you Jasmine. She explained the R1t mini pickup truck and then gave me the keys for a 30 minute test drive. So much power, good range, nice sounds system. Everything is set through the lcd panel and steering wheel controls. Self driving is still at Gen 1 and Gen 2 is coming at the end of the year as an update. Turn signal is still on a stick, same with the shifter. Set the clearance and drive type. Lots of fun for the tech lover.

Overall disappointing two-year ownership experience. The concept/design/intent is there, but service/training is not there to support customers. Truck was delivered with various issues, some of which could never be resolved by service in 10+ visits. The truck left us stranded five times due to a DCFC issue that could never be resolved. Rivian refused to buy the truck back so now it’s in the marketplace for its next unsuspecting owner. Be better, Rivian.

In September they delivered my R1s with a crooked steering wheel AND misaligned wheels. It is a huge chore to drive down the road and stay in a straight line. There is a laundry list of other problems with the new vehicle. They don't care. Their next appointment will be November 28, and they have already told me it will be in the shop for 30 days. This is a brand new $90k vehicle that should have never left the lot. They do not have loaners either.. rivian seems to have taken the worst Tesla employees and gone with it hoping nobody would notice.

I’m writing this review to say how grateful I am to say how well built this truck is! My folks have enjoyed their RT1 for maybe a year now. Yesterday my mother have called me in a panic saying they had got into an accident and needed my help. I rushed to the scene of the accident to find out that both of my parents were safe. As they were driving through an intersection, they had been t-boned at approximately 60 mph. My mother had to be cut out of the passenger side. I firmly believe if they had been driving their other vehicle, today would a completely different story. I can’t thank you enough Rivian!!!

..dropped by in hope to find a present for someone, but they didn’t have a dedicated gift shop..Thankfully there were some items for sale in the customers waiting area and I was able to pick something..its available until 2 pm and one of the guides can help you with that..I had great interaction with them and just wish for a better and more exclusive floor selection. ..the coffee shop was open and very good..
..as an automobile enthusiast it felt awesome to step in the place where they build such amazing cars !! ..Best of luck Rivian!!
