Rich was fantastic! I noticed some possible mold at my AC registers that concerned me. A friend referred me to Rich and I gave him a call on a Saturday. I expressed my concern and asked for him to schedule me ASAP because I have young kids and a pregnant wife.

Rich came out the next day, Sunday. No extra charge. He took air samples and a swab. Rich explained the possibilities but was not an alarmist and didn’t try to sell me anything I did not need.

Samples can back and he referred me to the proper professionals to mitigate the issue.

Hard to find honest and reliable help… Rich is the guy!

Rich came out to our new home to check out a few

To truly test your home for. mold, you really need to work with an environmental hygienist to know what’s what and treat only if and what is needed. Rich is the best! Responded same day with an immediate onsite inspection and samples taken. Based on the quick turn around of his testing, we were able to get the proper cleaning and equipment into our offices to help with my allergies. Symptoms which had been torturing me at work, resolved almost immediately with his filtration cleaning equipment, some carpeting cleaning and his recommendation on hepa machines. Knowledge is power 🙂

Rich was so helpful! We were having a mold issue in our apartment and they refused to have an air quality test done and told us to pay for it ourselves. We explained our situation to Rich and not only did he come out on a Saturday morning to perform the air quality test, he gave us a great price. He was also really sweet to our daughter and taught her a fun song. She talked about it the rest of the day! The results came back in just a couple of days and he gave us a thorough explanation of the results as well. I would highly recommend Rich if you are experiencing mold and/or air quality issues in your home.
