When the salesman came to my house I was very clear about what I was looking for in a solar system. I wanted enough storage to get me thru the night, If that wasn’t possible I was not interested in solar. I was told that would be no problem, well it is. My batteries are drained down to thirty percent before sunset, so I’m back on the grid at night when I use the most power. The last time I contacted them to discuss this I was told they were not going to do anything more since my system was working properly. It is working it’s just not what I asked for.

If there was a option to give them 100 stars I would. The service we received was amazing and every step of the way they worked with us and helped bring our utilities bill down. RME was very fast in providng they're services and they have an amazing crew that treats your house as theres.

The WORST company ever!!! Stay far far away! The team that came out to install our solar said they were working for the company for 2 weeks. They seemed inexperienced. They left 4 holes in our roof and a hole in the side of our house. They are very unreliable. We were told this project would take 2 days. After 3 days they are still not done. I don't think everything they did is correct. They refuse to fix the damage. We were given dates and/or times the team would come to work on our solar, but they wouldn't show up to work or they would show up hours later. The project manager is very difficult to get a hold of. Unfortunately, We are in the process of finding the right attorney. Please STAY Away from this company!!!!!

I recently had solar panels installed by RME Innovations and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous throughout the entire process. The installation was seamless and the panels are working wonderfully. Install was great. Paperwork to PGE,not done. Phones not answered. Not accepting calls at this time ? Have been working with Sunpower since Dec 23. Told they work for Sunpower solar. Not sure but maybe
