BUYER BEWARE! Radon system fan completely broke after only 2 years. It was running extremely loud and impossible to live with at the end. I called another service to look at it, and was informed that the system is not up to code. I was now informed 2+ years later that there is supposed to be a gage so the homeowner will no how well the fan is functioning, which is missing. The word “finagled” was how the professionals described the system. Also, this system was installed as part of a closing on the home, and NO information was left about this installation. Since the owners left all the other manuals, I don’t think that was the issue.

He was prompt, courteous, neat, knowledgeable, and had great attention to detail.
They were able to install the radon fan in the attic of my garage without an extra fee.
BTW, they guaranteed results below 4.0 pCi/l and the retest came back at 1,8 pCil.
