I have worked with many recruiting agencies and some were okay and some were just awful but Robert Half has been fantastic. The entire process of recruiting and finding a job that fits my background was great. My recruiter Cathy Utterback is fantastic and a great joy to work with. Cathy was very professional and extremely helpful in the entire process. From contacting me and following up with me in a timely manner and keeping me informed about everything was an amazing experience with Cathy. I have had nothing but a positive experience with Robert Half and hope to continue working with Robert Half in the future.

Cathy Utterback was an absolute God send during my hiring process, she went above and beyond to help me navigate a very different hiring process than I was use to! She was very informative and responsive throughout the entire hiring process and beyond! Any questions I had she answered and if she couldn't answer them at the moment she always called back with the answers I needed! Not only did she help place me with a great company but has helped pave the way for a great career to support my family! I cannot sing her praises enough! I have called this place 5 times and left voicemails to different recruiters since the front desk sent me over. I never got a call back from a recruiter, I am upset because the job market is Terrible. I understand they must be busy, but I wish I got communication of what is going on. I looked up best staffing firms and Robert half is the first one to come up. I might call a different location or go with another firm. Because calling 5 times and sending voice mails with no responses is concerning.

Being new in the area, I applied online and posted my resume on couple websites. I heard from Robert half within couple days. Cathy Utterback helped me scheduled for an interview and given options to proceed with another interview they set up with a different company. Cathy was professional and helpful. Found Robert Half via LinkedIn. Said they had part time positions for data entry available. Submitted resume and set up interview via Face Time. Talked to Mandy. Tells me have a position available from 6am-2pm. Told her I was looking for part time only in mornings. Said she has positions available. Said she would e-mail me forms to release resume to companies. Never received e-mail. Called repeatedly & never returned my calls. Even left message saying I'd be willing to come into your office to get the ball rolling. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Very unprofessional they tell you about a job then when you go to work its something completely different to what you applied to. They lie and I will never work for this company again or refer anyone here. The lady I spoke with Taylor really doesn't care at all. Three people from the office told me it was a data entry and when I started work I was basically doing warehouse work. Even the other employees and managers at the job told me that this was not a data entry position that it is a material handler position. When I called Taylor she kind of had a attitude and told me that a job is better then no job not to judge a book by its cover.... If someone applys to a job this agency has no right to just put u on with a job u did not apply for. I have back problems and since I been working here I have to keep taking meds just so I can work for them until she found a replacement for me in two weeks. I quit today because I'm disappointed, stressed out and in a lot of pain. Taylor does things when she wants to do things so I'm done with this company. What ever you do don't apply for any jobs with them. Try select staffing and other temp agencies.
