Trash fell out of dumpster when garbage man dumped into truck, a shredded bag fell out and all its contents were in the parking lot, guy just drove off.
I called mostly cause it was alot of trash. The person seemed very dismissive over the phone, maybe I'm ridiculous but litering is already a bad problem I'm my area, and they are paid to cleanly remove the trash in the most environmentally friendly and safe way. The wind had blown alot of it around by the time I was able to get pictures.

My basement flooded. Ive got an old desk in flat pieces. Old head board. Its got a note on it saying it should be bundled with twine. I understand its not a fun job. But yall dont pick anything up outside the can. Every Employee has a attitude. I used to tip the garbage guys. Not like it used to be. The City gives them a monopoly. Garbage men. You take the garbage.

Never received the bills, for months… even though we’ve signed up for paper mail. Now we’ve noticed our recycle gets picked up, but our trash isn’t getting pick’d up for few weeks now.

No call, no letter sent to us that we’re behind on payments. And not we’re deactivated because you guys made a mistakes of not mailing out your bills to us? Very Professional RRD! It’s so sad that our city is contracted with you.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Trash everywhere. They put our waste containers Behind Our Cars so I have to get out of my car after the garage door opens and move them to the side of the driveway, instead of putting them in the parkway. Our neighbors are elderly 90's and they pull out of garage not knowing the containers are behind them. Please listen to people's concerns and do your job properly. Also our mailbox was hit and broke the post. I came home to our mailbox in the snow in the road. Too bad we can't fire this company. Too bad we didn't have a choice. Too bad your company doesn't give a crap. Zero stars.

I have been a customer since 1997 and have never had a complaint until the last year. The driver has failed to collect all the trash numerous times, once because of my error in cutting up some metal framing from a porch swing properly. The other times it appears that the driver could not collect the trash with his mechanically operated arm, so he just left it rather than get out of the truck and collect it manually. The driver has also broken bags of trash while collecting and scattered the trash onto the road and driven off. Today was the breaking point. I have cancelled my account after 27 years.

Still garbagy service from a garbagy company, with garbagy men as trash collectors. Even though disability rights organization RAMP got involved, plus the Rockford Chamber of Commerce -- the company still knocks over the cans and leaves the lids open despite repeated promises that they wouldn't anymore.

This abuse is obviously officially sanctioned policy, and they believe they can act with impunity because they have a monopoly.

Ang other steps I am taking and will take, I will no longer separate trash and materials that they wish to recycle to make a profit off of my gas, water, dish soap, time, effort and risk to my spine.

Regrettably, this type of behavior is increasingly common in American companies, as the people who staff them are garbage themselves.

Driver is intentionally targeting my home. Will not pick up garbage, even though "customer service" says address is property scheduled and flagged. I had complained several times this past year about trash bins thrown into yard, trash being dumped in from of drive. Worth noting no other such displays at any neighbor.hood home, just mine. They do not hold their employees accountable.

New account made, all paid and ready for service, just to have my trash not picked up. Was told she would “leave a note,” and that they MIGHT come back if I leave my trash out until 6 PM. Absolute joke. These people are way too comfortable taking money only to not provide service or resolve any issues that may arise from their negligence.
