I wanted to thank Tom and Eric for the excellent customer service and experience purchasing my new 2024 Kawi,ZX14R because of the excellent customer service I drove almost an hour passing several other dealerships because of the extra effort they went through to earn my business. Alex in the only female salesperson they have. When it comes to motorcycles, she has more knowledge than many men, because before she moved to sales she assembled the bikes at this dealership. She also friendly and does not pressure you to buy. This my first bike from this dealership. As long as Alex is my salesperson, I plan on buying my second bike from here.

Went in for a warranty (oil in the park plugs) this picture was taken the next day of pick up. So they charge the manufacturer $300 they mess up the plastic panels by over tightening the bolts and don’t even fix the issue.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Rockstar Powersports Brooksville. The entire process was fraught with unprofessionalism, miscommunication, and significant inconvenience.

I negotiated the purchase of a jet ski over the phone with the sales manager and was assured that I could head over with my truck and that the jet ski would be ready by the time I was done with the financing paperwork. However, when I arrived and agreed to the numbers, I was told that the jet ski was still in a crate and would be delivered to me the next day by 3 PM, latest 4 PM.

This promise was not kept, causing a series of inconveniences. My wife had to call off work for three consecutive days so that I could use the truck, and despite this, the delivery did not occur until Friday. Throughout this entire ordeal, there was a complete lack of proactive communication from the team. I had to initiate every call to receive updates, and at no point did anyone from the store reach out to me with information. This behavior left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer, especially once the sale was concluded.

When I informed the General Sales Manager about this situation, he offered me a $100 gift card for parts. Frankly, I found this offer quite offensive. It felt like a trivial attempt to gloss over a significant problem, as if $100 could compensate for the days of inconvenience and lack of professionalism I experienced, which was not given to me. Furthermore, he mentioned writing up or even firing the salesperson, Frankie, for the inconvenience caused. This comment was unprofessional and inappropriate to share with a customer, especially since Frankie was merely passing on information given to him by the management to ensure I did not back out of the deal.

To add to the frustration, upon delivery of the jet ski, I remarked to the driver who delivered the jet ski about how amazing it looked, to which he responded, "Eh, they're okay." Additionally, I observed that the speaker and mirror were damaged along with a huge deep scratch on the side of the ski, which is extremely disappointing and frustrating considering this is a brand new ski straight out of the crate.

The managing staff needs to be held accountable for the poor service and lack of communication that I experienced.

Overall, my experience with Rockstar Powersports Brooksville was highly unprofessional and disappointing. As a customer, I expected better service and communication. I hope the necessary actions are taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an ordeal.
