I needed some well water samples tested, so I called many days ahead to find the price for the testing and to see what the procedure was to get the samples to the laboratory. From the start, the response was pretty slow and I kept getting Email asking why I wanted the testing done. I was honest with my reply and apparently they were spooked by one of the tests I wanted. I finally said to test for the substances I wanted and to forget the other test. For some reason they refused to do the tests and said they could not help me. I asked the lab manager to have his boss call me and talk with me. The head guy never called and I had to look elsewhere for testing services. It would not have been so frustrating, had they told me the first time they would not help me. I wasted 2 weeks of time I did not have to waste. I am traveling to look at some property and have a limited amount of time in which to do my due diligence and now my schedule is blown to hell. It was obvious from the start that the lab manager could not take 2 steps without talking to his boss; should have been a red flag with such micro-management. I cannot recommend these people for any of their testing services from my bad experience.

I contacted this lab to get pricing for some fairly common sampling and analysis. I was told I would have pricing by February 20. It is March 6 and no pricing yet. Very poor customer service. I will be using a different environmental laboratory as a result.
