I have to tell you I had the most amazing experience with Lauren if you truly want to get the best customer service that you can ever get and get the best treatment and follow up from a company go with rogue solar and make sure they send out Lauren to start the process for you. He will not ever ever be disappointed. I have been going to a very traumatic situation and they were very understanding and they actually stepped in to participate in my situation. Amazing Company! Bought their solar panels back in summer 24' and it has been the best decision I have ever made! The panels are working great and I am getting the exact same offset I was promised by the salesman and have had no issues. I was able to get installed and my panels turned on to start saving very quickly. Their team is very knowledgeable and professional and they were able to answer all my questions. I was hesitant at first but I am very glad I made the transition and they made me very comfortable making the switch to rogue! Before I had a really expensive power bill, now I'm seeing a lot of savings thanks to rogue and can live stress free knowing I'm not at the mercy of dominion anymore.

I had a great experience with Rogue Solar! These guys were walking the neighborhood doing door-to-door, which I respect and support. Honestly, I wasn’t really in the market for solar since I didn’t know much about the benefits, but after talking to the rep for about 20 minutes, I was definitely interested. The young gentleman who came by was professional, even though he wore unbranded clothes and had an out-of-state number—it didn’t raise any doubts for me. What really impressed me was the technology they used. They ran the measurements online through software, and the imaging they shared was incredible. It’s amazing how far technology has come. I decided to sign with them, and I even got my attic spray foamed through their contracting company that specializes in spray foam insulation. The entire process went smoothly & I couldn’t be happier.

It’s been a few months now (I like to wait before leaving reviews) and the savings are real! I’m thrilled with the results so much so that I’m putting that extra money toward a new sports car instead of handing it over to the energy company.

No soliciting means: No soliciting. I've read multiple reviews of people complaining for the same reason. We have a no soliciting sign posted at our front door as well. As a veteran myself, I expect more from a veteran owned company. The responses to these negative reviews do not address the concerns at all and just explain that the company is compromised of hard working people....This isn't a great look for the company and when I asked the solicitor why they persisted to communicate their products, their response was "well...we aren't really selling anything so....its not really soliciting..."

Coming on to someones property and speaking to the homeowner when they ask for information on the service is great, but respecting people's privacy to not want to be bothered by solicitation of unwanted and unwelcome business is a major way your company will be successful. Upsetting and bothering homeowners is a great way to get your review score lower on google- which most people use when looking for services such as solar.

If I may offer a solution, just leave a pamphlet or business card at the door step without bothering the occupants of the home. They will contact you if they are interested.
